How to Order
- To order online: Place your order using our online shop and choose to pay by credit card, cheque or postal order or by bank transfer. Our account details will be forwarded to you in your order confirmation email.
- To order by fax: Download our order form and fax it through to (07) 4092 4515.
Ordering
- For ease of shipping, the minimum total order is three bottles.
- Any number over three can be ordered, depending on combination and shape of bottles ordered. Orders will be confirmed before shipping regarding ease of packaging and postage charge.
Freight
- Freight within Australia is by Australia Post.
- International deliveries by Australia Post Economy Air service.
- Delivery to street address or Post Office box.
International Deliveries
- Please check alcohol regulations for country of delivery before placing an order.
- Some countries do not allow alcohol delivery by post. We do not take responsibility if delivery is not made for this reason.
- Some countries may impose import duties and taxes on alcohol. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and are for mail orders only.
- Payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cheque or postal order or by bank transfer to our bank account. Please contact us for account details.
- Full payment for goods and freight required prior to dispatch.
- All wine and freight charges include GST.
